    DEHYDRATED FRUITS

    Dehydrated fruits are pieces of fresh fruit from which their water content has been extracted, preserving the nutritional properties of the natural fruit. They are more energetic than fresh fruits, since their natural sugars and their nutritional properties are concentrated in them.

    They can be consumed at any time of the year, given their ease of storage and conservation at room temperature (they do not require refrigeration).

    The periodic intake of these fruits provides health benefits due to their regulatory properties of multiple organic functions, such as digestive, circulatory and immunological functions, among others.

    Dehydrated tropical fruits are consumed directly or as an accompaniment to cereals, granola or as snacks. They are used in the preparation of desserts, sweets, drinks, and also as natural flavorings for milk, yogurt, ice cream and beverages. In these cases, the pulp is rehydrated and acquires the original consistency of fresh fruit, providing all its flavour, aroma and colour.

    We offer a wide variety of dried fruit such as pineapple, papaya, mango, banana, apple, kiwi, ginger, melon and cantaloupe. They can be presented in different forms: slices, pieces, canes and dice.
