The inflorescence is an umbel with long peduncles and the flowers are organized in terminal umbels of 10 to 40 florets, entirely golden yellow, on short peduncles at the apex of the primary rays. The Fruit is a schizocarp of 2 clearly separated mericarps, dark brown to blackish in color, about 5mm long, pentagonal and with 5 well-marked lighter ribs1.
