Millet

Panicum miliaceum, is the name by which the grass plant from which millet comes is known. It is made up of shiny grains, slightly flattened on one side, about 2-3 mm in diameter, and with colors such as white, yellow, reddish or black.

    MILLET

    Panicum miliaceum, is the name by which the grass plant from which millet comes is known by. It is made up of shiny grains, slightly flattened on one side, about 2-3 mm in diameter, and with colors such as white, yellow, reddish or black.

    It is a cereal with a delicate flavor, gluten-free, rich in iron and magnesium, being highly recommended in cases of iron deficiency related anemia.

    In addition, it is one of the most energetic cereals, with little protein content and low in fat.

    It has a high content of vitamins B1, B2 and B9, beneficial for women during pregnancy and lactation, as well as for regenerating the nervous system.
