During the pollination period, which tooks place this spring, we clearly observed a drop in the number of bunches per palm tree. This can only be due to a seasonal phenomenon which is the consequence of the increase in volume of the previous year’s harvest.
At the end of June, we noticed that the reduction in production was confirmed significantly, exceeding 25% compared to the previous campaign.
This percentage may change following the suspension of the bunches which is currently in progress, and which causes the fruit to fall in addition to the natural fall in July. It must nevertheless be said that this aspect is likely to improve the Quality of the next harvest.
